Art Therapy:
With the guidance of a credentialed art therapist, the use of creative techniques such as drawing, painting, collage or sculpting is used to engage both sides of the brain including the midbrain to explore issues from an emotionally safe distance, often giving expression where words fall short.
EMDR Therapy:

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a technique that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.  EMDR therapy shows that the mind can heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma.

Individual Therapy Sessions:

Counseling sessions are generally 60 minutes in length and meet on a weekly basis. Art Therapy, DBT, mindfulness, stress reduction, EMDR, SITCAP, and TF-CBT are used to help clients recover from traumatic experiences. With the help of trained professionals, clients will have the opportunity to reclaim their lives. They will build relationships and grow both trust and self-esteem.
